After I found the doctor for my dough too soft, I kindly get a hint that you should rather use for a bread dough dough scraper.

Thanks for the note - you learn just never go out! I knew not yet, and I'm going to order me one.

The scrapers are very soft - my dough I get so do not clean out the bowl. The handles stuck not strong enough in the scraper.

Only recommended for soft and light masses ....
