Too thick for seats with headrest

The fact that the J Pillow is quite thick in the neck, I have not been able to support the head with the J Pillow comfortable. The head is pushed away from the seat, this is indicated by the - further strengthened in Economy existing "head restraint". The variant "chin" has not been successful for me, since either the J Pillow or my head was not sufficiently fixed. I also was given to the combination with the noise-canceling headset uncomfortable. Maybe it works better if you sit at a window and the J Pillow become trapped between the head and the wall. I generally recommend some exercises with the pillow before departure in the living room chair, perhaps you can then better get used to it.

Positive ran the test in a seat without headrest (my office chair). At least for the short test had the head sufficiently stabilized. However, I do not sleep in the office, so that here the benefit is limited.
