Horizon is an open-world racing game and Drive Club has a pure Streckenssystem. Where there are very large differences, is the control. Both make vieeeel fun. But Horizon has the so-called "soapsuds" control. Means that the cars oversteer partly much too strong, which is not in reality nearly as. This, however, arise more possibilities of different events.
Since Drive Club is clearly sober. But what I find very gratifying. The cars are very realistic.
There will be many the Drive Club demonize why. But who, for example. Gran Turismo 5 (yes, I actually called the sacred game) like, which takes place in Club Drive definitely a lot of fun. We promise! Because I had expected considerably Club Drive arcade-heavy.

Graphics: point for Drive Club (to be fantastic, only if the weather is on Patch)
Gameplay: draw, as both completely different, but very good in its kind.
Scope: point for Horizon
Multiplayer: Draws
Sound: Draws
Fun: draw, as both incredibly motivating your way. Eg. Horizon eg through the plurality of different events, due to open-world and Club Drive. by a very motivating point system.
Of course, both much more.
So if you open since inhibited and not by fanboy-existence, it brings you definitely both.
