Quick call to the hotline and we were sent an email with Shipping Label. One day after sending the defective machine was already an e-mail with the note that a repair of economic reasons does not make sense. After 3 days, then a letter with a check for 80% of the original purchase price. There's nothing faster !!!
Due to the uncomplicated and very fast processing, we have in the new coffee machine (this time a small fully automatic) also held back for this insurance at ERGO Direkt. We can only recommend it to anyone.
