5 stars for Use Sewing:
This machine has not yet left me so far down.
She sews Jersey, cotton, Naturfaserrn, fleece, felt, even leather easily. The crawling shoes for my son, the leather in two places is even sewn 4 layers and the machine sews this absolutely effortless.
The manual is also noteworthy praise: (explains sewing types, as well as the individual stitches and cleaning are very good and screens) clear, detailed and well suited for beginners won't
5 stars for reliability:
The machine is robust, wobbles and rattles as nothing.
There are also 10 (!) Year warranty -where there still? In a warranty case the machine would pick up free from the manufacturer.
5 stars for customer service:
Today I had the first contact with the customer service (the problem was fortunately front of the machine ;-) and here I must say: Excellent! Both the e-mail contact, and on the phone! Competent and very friendly. No standard answer, but targeted to respond to my questions.
5 stars for price / performance:
All in all, (plenty of accessories incl.) This machine is not only worth every penny, but for this quality is a real bargain!
If you are thinking to buy a new machine, I can only say: you!
