First I, due to the low price and the good reviews the LOGITEC boom box for EUR 100, -bestellt. However, the box was an absolutely "free design" Plastic Bomber, and the sound was too thin.
After I then had the opportunity to the BOSE SoundLink box to EUR 300, - to test with a colleague and compare directly with the LOGITEC I have found that this has a much richer sound, albeit more bassy. The design was of course much more appealing.
So I returned the LOGITEC and made my way to the media market, as my colleague has bought there his BOSE SoundLink, and the price was the same as Amazon.
In MM me is then, due to the sophisticated design, the Sony RDP-XF300ip stabbed in the eye. At this point I have to say also that my Sony noticed also because of the price, because the device when MM with only EUR 179, - !!!! was written.
The Sony was joined in the showroom, so I quickly connected my I Phone and run my music through the device.
Lo and behold, the sound was full and my feeling even more comfortable and clear (not so bassy da) as the BOSE Box.
I could compare the two systems directly, as well as the BOSE was issued.
In addition to the design and the sound as well as the advanced features have convinced me. So the Sony various sound settings (Pop, Rock, Jazz ...) has these features have the fewest BT or Airplay speakers and so a function would not hurt even the BOSE due to the bass. Furthermore, the unit has an additional FM tuner. Even the Dock for the I Phone or I Pad is quite handy and can be sunk into the device, so it does not hurt the design.
So for me it was crystal clear that the Sony buy. Because the device could convince in comparison to the other two tested boxes in every respect.
I have the Sony although purchased at an extremely good price, but have to say I would have, also for EUR 267 on offer here - bought since I pretty much wanted to buy the more expensive BOSE.

Elegant and simple design with brushed aluminum elements. The device looks very valuable and well processed. Unlike other boxes with Dock, here the dock can be versänken the unit, which the noble optics is maintained.
Functionality and sound:
The device is foolproof to use, there are few buttons, these are clearly laid out and discreetly.
Pairing with my Apple devices (I Phone and I Pad) works in a matter of seconds, the volume can then be controlled via the Apple devices. A remote control is but the device also there yet.
The FM tuner I have not tried it yet and will probably also need it rarely, because I run a radio app on the device.

Stylish device with good sound quality and great extra features.
The Sony RDP XF300ip could convince compared to the two other tested devices at every point, she has the most beautiful design, in my opinion, the best sound, most of the functions and was also priced in my case, the most attractive device
