The 3rd generation of the glasses were a lot easier and faster in the loading cycle. The comfort is optimal for a normal head circumference, one feels no headaches or bruising after a 2-hour usage. I use the 5000 video projector with the glasses and had no reception problems. The distance from the screen is ca.5m and the IR transmitter operates in mode "Stark". I can only recommend the glasses because they are only slightly more expensive than the old ones, but certainly have named benefits.
