Top part - Highly Recommended

I have a pretty old Maglite 2C Flashlight. The rather high battery consumption and the constantly flickering light (light-dark-light-dark with soft crackling sounds) of the original bulb has annoyed me ziemlch. So I read with enthusiasm that there is LED retrofits in Amazo.
At first I was skeptical and wanted to not buy such an upgrade module. The many reviews that have done badly this part had almost prevented me from buying. What could not read everything you: The luminous efficiency is much lower than the original bulb, the brightness is low and the dark circle in the light cone is available ...

Today the delivery came (again super fast) from Amazon fulfillment. Skeptical I have so unpacked and replaced the LiteXpress LED upgrade module. And the mistake to look when you first turn in the light, in order to determine whether the part is working at all. Well, the next 2 minutes, I could not see anything, so I was blinded. The LED bulb is super bright. So light the original Gühbirne has never been, I would say that the light is now twice as bright. Snow White and light - really focused - no, absolutely no dark spot in the beam. The beam is perfectly round and forms on a 3 m distant wall has a circular spot with a diameter of about 15 to 20 cm. And the best part is that the light does not flicker.

Until now I have not regretted the purchase and for only 17 EUR a top LED flashlight from Maglite.

I can not say anything yet about the durability of the LED bulb. The original light bulb I do not have to change in the last 15 years, but if the LED bulb should sometimes give up their mind, I will complete this review (Unless the review still should be in power).

I can say that it does nothing wrong with this LiteXpres LED upgrade module and with a clear conscience recommend the purchase.
