The needle is wonderfully easy in the hand. The Alu-needle slides super on the wool and nothing gets caught or sticking unintentionally. With plastic handle, a so-called soft-grip, it can be wonderfully quick and gentle forces crochet.

One of the other reviewers partially determined loose connection of handle and needle ensuring that no wobbling or loosening I can not confirm. I am so pleased that I gradually bought after all needle sizes of this model have looked and have replaced my old, really old, needles.
