Top Quality / with a big "but"

The Sunglasses looks for the price of fairly stable and was after two days since. Now the warsvmit the positive characteristics of the sunglasses. I specially chose the all-black variant, because I wanted dark glasses. Unfortunately, they are very bright and can be seen through the eyes normally, although the glasses that I ordered was the only where the picture of the strap through the glasses was not visible. Then I have specially looked when purchasing and therefore surprises me that a lot. I've just completely demanded black glasses. It should indeed not mirror the same, but with a transparent purple, red mixture .. no thanks. I'll keep the glasses well. A rear ends in the price is not very worthwhile. For the glasses I forgive 5 points for the quality, but unfortunately minus 3 points because of the misleading images.

Based on my review, I was immediately written (apparently there are still companies that respond to the reviews). That made me first very surprised because I did not even turned me to the support. It was immediately dealt with my problem and I was charged a new sunglasses (time verspiegel) sent. Although it was only the image and the right product is shipped. For that I would like to assign more than 5 stars. I for years already buy a on Amazon and have already bought a lot of products. Since it is not from remains that something is not as you thought. That's why I can say with a clear conscience that this customer friendliness puts the company at this day is more than just rare. From me a strong buy recommendation.
