First of all: I'm absolutely satisfied !!
Had concerns that the engine does not have enough power, but even with 50 trees (cherry, oak, beech), we had no trouble cases and chop !! I would not have thought that. The sword is 40 but practically, even if the engine should be something to kneel. With a little less pressure she already eats by himself.
Starting characteristics are top, motor and also runs beautifully smoothly and quietly.
Runs best with Aspen 2-stroke fuel.
The build quality is also very good.
I can expose them nothing. Although it is a lot of plastic, but very robust and thus also lightweight and portable.
The vibration damping is also good.
Oil supply to the chain ring can be adjusted. Have it on the larger setting.
You lose some oil after work. According to the description that's normal. So best put on a cloth!
The chain tension is made absolutely easy and with an adjustment in seconds.
Installation of the chain saw is precisely described in the excellent manual, and does not take long.
The chain is apparently also quite high. Had not reground until now.
In my electric Oregon saw after half a day's work was the end :-(
Operating Instructions:
Complete with pictures and many tips for dealing with the saw and general handling during operation and maintenance.
This is worth to be read completely !!
Tool is also there (combination key) that is required to tension the chain to mount the saw or change the spark plug and air filter to clean ect.
Price / performance so far tip!
My colleague, who is an absolute Stihl Fan, smiled yet (at EUR 155 can not be good), then was amazed but not bad as he used the Makita and then realized only .... that's a Dolmar, right?! -D
Who wants to work in the professional field, or more often "larger" will make trees small, but need something bigger.
But the pros know yourself ;-)
