I've tried the casein in the flavor cookie. The powder dissolves in milk and in water very well. The taste is very delicious. If you do it exactly according to the manufacturer (30g powder in 250 ml liquid) of the shake is a little too sweet for my taste. I have always followed a little less taken or added milk or water.
