for the first, no diaper pail, we bought and did provide the basics. for the second, it has everything, it was therefore offer the "superfluous". Ben this garbage, so these bags are great, no smell, no amount of plastic wasted as some other brands, if I had known, we would have taken the first. with a refill, one holds a little over a month (about 6 exchange / day). So more than 3 months with this pack.
