I am for the first time dissatisfied with Amazon. Bought as a warehouse deal the set of tripod and camera bag. Delivery as always very fast. But the camera bag supposedly contained in the set is missing. The customer tells me that I could return the tripod. I want to keep but because it makes a very good impression. Five stars for the tripod! All other customers have said here of positive I can fully share. (WARNING correction in the addendum) The missing bag can not be replacement delivery, at Warehouse Deals an accessory could ever missing, but it would have reduced price. Well that's my view, the height. A set of three components (2 in 1) is, if anything is missing no more set and should not be advertised as such or by pointing out that the bag is missing in this "set". The bag makes indeed an essential part of the set and is not just any accessory. Then you just have to provide individually the tripod. The terse and brash kind lady from the customer on the phone to me so not encountered on Amazon. Very annoying !!! I hope now, Amazon will contact me again. That's why I had on the phone already asked Me: "Tell the problem further and then contact me again." LADY OF CUSTOMER: comment "It does not work ..." superfluous! In this way it is unrelated to the "customer-friendly company."
POSTSCRIPT: After first test with the tripod I have to send my copy back but unfortunately. The ball head wobbles, not about how one might expect, the ball in its holder, no sitting leg tightened locking bombproof. The cause of the loose dachshund is rather that the neck connecting the ball to the holder for the quick-release plate, wrong and is attached with considerable play.
