Actually I wanted to never set a laser printer - certainly not a laser multifunction device! I ended up just a normal home user and have a relatively moderate, occasional printing. Therefore, I have initially gained inkjet devices. After my very good Canon Pixma MP830 had passed away, I habitually again added myself a inkjets. This time the top model of Epson. This admittedly had a great look and fine art; However, the ink cleaning accumulated just towards the end of the warranty period (!) more and more, and finally the ink pad was soaked and nothing was more. The repair would have cost me at (proven) use of original ink cartridges approximately 110 euros. When looking at new devices showed that all manufacturers have incorporated "aging" as with my Epson device apparently at the new devices: The equipment clean at the beginning every time you print mostly all cartridges, although maybe only the black cartridge is affected , This process takes now with Canon printers lt. Reviews up to 5 minutes. It is thereby flushed a lot of expensive ink. And at some point the ink pad is full. Then you only have the choice of repairing or a new printer purchase. For me the point inkjets final farewell to say - especially as the laser devices have become more favorable. However, all is apparently in this area perfectly: the HPs have feeding problems, the Brothers can not have good color Ausdrucker which are Samsung's average, sometimes conflicted printer. So who take? By chance I came across the Dell C1765, which is available in a version with LAN or WLAN. The device costs about 220 euros without WLAN and has color printing / -Copy / scanning / -fax. It looks - not very stylish - admittedly. On the contrary: it is genuine an ugly square plastic device - You can specify any so not! But the "inner values" are awesome! The device takes place without any problems and very fast. There is even a very good document management program (with Nuance PaperPort OCR) here. However, you should still adjust the settings after installation on the device display. Otherwise you get when copying / scanning strange printouts. The print quality of this product is beyond any doubt. I'm really excited. Not only the sw-pressure is good - amazingly, the color prints on plain paper are better than the inkjet printer !!! And the quality will probably not change to the same extent as in the "Tintenspuckern", because with this device no clogging nozzles. OK, the original cartridge for the Dell are extremely expensive. But even here there are cheap alternatives (I have indeed already ordered but not yet installed. To that extent, I can say nothing about the follow-up costs). Well, in any case that you can not change every nose has long as the Tintis. One cartridge at least 700 pages (according to Standard Overlap requirements); But there are cartridges that should reach up to 2000 pages. So much for printing. But the copying and scanning qualities of this product are very good - maybe not satisfactory to the extent that the Canon Mufus, but all. In addition to the scan pad there is also an automatic feeder - but only for a few pages (30?). The term is based on the - normal for laser printers - warm up quite quickly. And the quality is - as I said - great! Personally, I can this device - actually an LED printer - highly recommend. Small drawback: the tray is always open, so that the inside can get dusty (Or you closed the drawer and always sets only to paper, if you want to print). In addition, standing in front of the paper output, so that it can possibly be mistakenly aborted. In addition, no (ordinary) films, photographic papers or CDs can be printed with this machine. Conclusion: no more a inkjets - this is truly an alternative!
