Of course it has a kit lens once a lot of problems that must be overcome before one makes friends:
- Seeming a little cheap.
- A rotating filter approach.
- Only 3x zoom range
- Standard no sunshade
But there can come up with a lot of pluses:
+ Very inexpensive
+ VR technology (Vibratons reduction) for up to 3 f-light gain or less blur
+ Very light (263 g) (As an additional lens in the backpack very important)
+ Amazingly sharp
+ Only moderate distortion (3x lenses are simple "good" to build). Significantly less than 18-200er especially !!
+ As an entry macro we get here at least 1: 3.2 magnification.
Also a clear tip for all the do not have the VR.
Who should buy a Nikon kit today to spend in any case the 30 Euro more for the VR version !!
