Blade too wide and too thick, the end can not be inserted into the oyster shell without putting the mash. There is not even a semblance of cutting to separate the shell from its upper valve ... I'm a fan of Opinel, but now I am very disappointed, they could learn a bit before leaving the blade with what appears to be an excellent metal, but so poorly studied, it's a real mess: Please correct Opinel shooting, oyster farmers will see and review a copy!
Meanwhile I recut the grinder, and then ... well obviously it works better!
