For the price an attractive winder whose noise level was very low - IF he once ran. He has set unfortunately after a few minutes each running and was only occasionally move through reconnection or plug-pulling to restart. Mostly he was stubborn. Since we had no use for a stationary watch keepers we sent him back with a request for exchange and instead receive a credit.
