Unfortunately had to pull off a star

I borrowed cartridges Schneider brought because I really like the color royal blue. With the cartridge and the quality of the whole everything is fine, but 5 star.
However, I prefer from 1 star because packaging was not sufficient to bring the content intact to me. The glass in which the cartridges are indeed is quite, however, several cartridges were broken and leaked in glass. I first had to rinse the glass and 100 cartridges the broken sorting out which was pretty annoying. Therefore, just as a hint to the sender to improve the method of packing again.
