I wanted my 9 year old Eizo S2411W exchange for this monitor, primarily because of the energy consumption.
The EV2455 has drawn with the settings you have chosen me grade times 10 watts.

Unfortunately, eye pain presented a very short time, and as I read in a review of the black model, I'm not probably the only member in which this occurs. The cause is probably the IPS panel, with the S-PVA panel of the S2411W I never had any problems.
Then rather have a higher consumption as eye pain at the end of the day.
