The volume control on the side of the unit no longer exists. This makes the player before a certain extent uncomfortable.
It is now very complicated by the lack of control, adjust the volume.
Time to change up quickly during jogging or cycling the volume is very hard and takes too long, as this has to be done with the buttons directly on the player now.
In the old players, I could always quickly settle on a bike or jogging during the volume using the controls on the page. In addition, at each time appears a question, if you want to increase the volume. This annoys tremendously and was in the old player also not so!
Then the player's software was very disfigured. This is now much more complex and settings can be performed much more difficult.
Next, the missing power button comes to speech. In the older device I could always press and release this to set the key lock.
Now the option button must be held for approximately 3 seconds to lock the keypad.
Conclusion:
To me it is absolutely a mystery why Phillips the best MP3 player überhauot has so so deteriorated and defaced. Everything is now much more difficult to use and the software from the MP3 player is designed not as nice concise and appealing.
Most annoys me the now missing volume control. So I can not even just as quickly adjust the volume on the bicycle or during jogging.
Since there is unfortunately no alternative for me on the MP3 market, I'm still going to grab Phillips MP3 player repeatedly. I just do not understand why this product is so deteriorated imens.
