This is now the second device which is returned because of a significant defect (reclaimed money). The shiatsu - back massage does not work with the "upper" and "lower" control keys of the operating unit. Remain the massage rollers rotate and always follow in the same place without the control buttons. This has but my wife found after 3 months now after they had used the same flawless equipment my daughter. We had bought 3 of these devices. One of them was returned the same December 2014, due to a very significant defect and then replaced by the purchase of a 3 unit. the up to now discovered errors supposedly worked.
Another unit 4. We will now buy in no case more. The "reject rate" with us was too high: 2 of 3 devices were defective!
