The cup has a good capacity is tight and keeps long warm. For rates and poor cleanability I subtract 1 point. Maybe someone has some advice on how to quickly and easily clean the cups ?! I must correct use my review after several months. The cup is totally unsuitable for coffee-with-milk drinkers. The poor Cleanability captures the cups to unpleasant smell. The coffee experience is thereby massively disrupted. I would give the cup only 2-3 star today.
