I bought this switch in August. Since then, 4 of the 8 ports have failed. I contacted customer service which has conducted an exchange, subject to reference switch at my expense (7 eur). The switch happened exchanged with 5 ports on HS 8 !!! I am in contact with the SAV Neatgear and its subcontractor for the past three weeks but my replacement request remained unanswered for now. JJE am very dissatisfied with the product and service set up by Netgear. I do not recommend this product and I am amazed at the poor quality of service Neatgear.
