This book complements Souccar Editions "The right choice at the supermarket" I had already and is very useful to me. It caters more to foods consumed by children, young and older children. The main interest of both books is how the right products (and worst) are visually reported. We take the book with you to shop, looking at the beam and immediately identifies the brands to buy their photo, it is not necessary to read labels in detail, as many do before deciding. After a few races with the book, I realize that I no longer need to take with me: I have identified good marks in my usual supermarket and I tend to buy the same every week. There are also many explanations of how the products are manufactured, their effects, more general nutritional advice. A very useful guide.
