I ordered this bed on a Friday and it was delivered on Wednesday. So much for the first delivery - TOP. The forwarding calls in advance at (phone number stored at Amazon) and agrees a date with you.
The bed comes in two different, flat boxes which have a length of up to about 2 m and a weight of 15-20kg. Packaging is appropriate.
Unpacked and parts sorted and positioned as you need it step by step, the whole construction will take about 90 minutes. I have the screws (Allen / Allen) screwed with a handy cordless screwdriver and later final tightened by hand - hence the construction is quick, uncomplicated vonstatten.
Once the last screw has been inserted, this bed is really a dream in a country style. Very nice to look at, very solid - nothing wobbles or creaks and it leads to the long wintry Sundays Sleeping.
