Very average absorption. At night it's a recipe for disaster because they absorb little milk. The day when the climbs milk are lower, that's okay. Warning: wash several times before they become absorbent! Moreover, they are so thick they see right through the shirt and they are flat (not the shape of the nipple as is the case for disposable pads Doodie: Best elsewhere). I put 3/5 only for non-disposable side but frankly blah.
