Being amateur novice wine I really like this book because it explains all with different levels of detail, we can do a first reading of the essential, then read the boxes and precise technical notes chapters of interest. Only default, the layout is very readable but in black and white images or cards are very rare and also in black and white. With color maps of the vineyards in full screen and some illustrations this book would have been perfect!
