After a test "Windows Memory Diagnostic" + MemTest86, this is a hardware problem that comes from the original memory module (DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Samsung). I order on Amazon a memory cards kit "Kingston - Hyperx Fury" (2x4GB) to see if the problem is well there. After installation, no more BSOD so the problem is solved.
I send a mail to ASUS service with screenshots showing that the original memory module as faulty. ASUS asks me to return the tower !!! They do not want to replace the defective part, I have never experienced such a deplorable service (it takes 48 hours for each time they meet you and in the end it did not help) ... I can not afford to return the tower because I do not even know the time capital it will take and I need it every day.
Otherwise some other comments on this tower:
- Noisy: we listen to the hum of the fans
- Keyboard and Mouse WITH son: contrary to what is written in the product description, in addition, the keyboard is very noisy
- Height fairly consistent: it does not fit in my cabinet and front USB ports are up
To conclude: in case of failure, at this price, choose another brand hoping that their service is more efficient and comprehensible (this is the first time I use their service because so far I have never had a problem with that brand, but then, I was really cold, so never again!)
