I can some reviews here do not understand the installation is very simple and can be done by anyone without prior knowledge.
Step 1 (best before installation, as otherwise the file is downloaded to other laptop / PC and has to be pushed over via USB): Google "advanced n 6235 Driver" enter => leads to the official Intel site and invites there for the latest driver for its Windows version down. (At present version 17:13:11 ... You can choose between Win 7, 8 and 8.1)
Start file and after 20sec should your WLAN function again.
Step 2: In Google "Intel WIDI Update Tool" type => takes you back to Intel official site and there invites the tool down, start it and it does everything by itself.
