I do not speak English and I did manage to understand and implement this method. Everyone does not speak English so it would be unfortunate if these people are deprived of this book under the pretext of a translation problem that many readers recall. Have you at least practiced this method indicated, folks who speak English? Reading is one thing, practice is another. It takes about 3 hours devoted to it for 8 weeks 6 days out of 7, between the body scan, meditation and yoga, which is easy for someone already practicing yoga and meditation. past 8 weeks, this should last forever, it's a lifestyle, but more need to do so regularly. Even without practice, it's worth it to be read, it provides avenues to explore. Easier work by Christophe André practice is "reflect each day, 25 lessons in mindfulness" with the cd. I put 5 stars because this book has added many important elements to my yoga practice and meditation. it really helps to bail out of our emotions to live the present moment while working on the physical, mental and emotional. I am suffering from a serious illness and the practice of this method allows me to suffer much less.
