I had two old Lenovo power supplies (for the Thinkpad Edge 11, power supply Model: FRU P / N 42T4417, 65W, 20V) and was left as the laptop broke and I had to buy a new (this time, the Thinkpad Edge S540) additionally saddened, because of course the power supply had changed again. From around (outside diameter 0.8 cm) rectangular. Then I looked on Amazon and this adapter was - because of user reviews - first skeptical. I ordered only one, as this fit, even equal to one second. With two adapters but very inexpensive now operate the old power adapters, so I now three have (with the new laptop) and so everywhere in the apartment can connect your new laptop to the mains. The adapter is not a beauty and is certainly even better process, but it fits, is practical and is serving - and more at this price you can not really expect. Therefore, full marks. And a recommendation for those who have the old power supplies described and original power supply units may not afford with their truly high price.
For shipping: We were told that shipping would last 3 weeks, then the adapter was already after two or three days in the post. That was the first adapter so, also in the second. So do not let make tame!
