So, the forms come with a Rezeptbuchlein (with a total of 3 recipes, one of them for sherbet) and the stems.
I have tried 2 of the recipes.
The cake recipes that works not with stalks. One can not the stems into the dough so that the cake then tuck the stems it is (as on the packaging image). There are several problems that prevent this. First Slots for stems are too high up (in approximately only 3 mm depth!), So that the stems immediately break out (the ice keep them, but at the cake at all). And the second problem is the silicone molds per se, since they are so flexible. That is, if the shape (eg when rausholen out of the oven) is moved, it bends so doing and the stems break immediately out of the dough ... But you can use the form indeed without stalks, then the joy is full obtained because the forms are actually super se.
In addition, I noticed that after baking partially absorb the color forms of the dough and stay with as a slight discoloration also. Especially where there is very little burnt, and that is in a liquid batter so quickly happens. At locations outside the forms, where very thin layer of dough when filling remains somehow still hanging
By submitting it went better. Keep the stems and all the color of the berries I could completely wash away.
So, as I said before, the idea is really great, but not yet fully mature. But I have had so much fun with the shapes that I would buy anyway again;)
