The two devices can not compare really.
The difference in price and the features are almost two different worlds.
Such as 16GB of memory - AMOLED display - Dual processor - USB OTG and HDMI (via adapter), etc.
But you want to have a very solid and inexpensive everyday device,
one should absolutely with the ACE Plus !!! (NOTE: not the old version!)
