It's pretty small and handy.
The use of AA batteries is easy and they are fixed beautifully appointed in the charging cradle.
Somewhat disappointing is then already inserting AAA batteries. This then requires just a bit of tact. Unlike the AA batteries smaller batteries are placed a little obliquely and then remain for charging as well as in the device. So far so good, but after the first small batteries and the test insert then insert another one already located in the charging batteries sometimes fall out again. Also may not be very gerappelt plug the device into the socket at. Otherwise reload is announced.
This is due to the slightly too short lower metal springs that are to hold the battery. A loading slot with double installation depth this would prevent drop out.
For this shortcoming I subtract a star.
(Inserted batteries 4) In loading operation, the upper end of the device is handwarm only the batteries are ... let's put it mildly already more than lukewarm. Whether this overheating will shorten the life of batteries I can not say. Only in my other Ladegrät (Conrad Electronic) the batteries remain cool beautiful.
The removal of the battery, no matter what, is very simple and without fingernails demolition feasible. The battery simply the positive terminal out tilt forward, and already has one in his hand. Broken fingernails or refer only with the aid of a tool I can not understand!
The term of full batteries differ in any way, no matter what device the charge was made.
Conclusion;
-The Be warm with the, well.
-The Batteries are fully charged in a short time (higher charging current therefore very warm batteries).
-Überladesicherheit, The unit switches each charging bay individually at reach from the final charge voltage. Defective batteries are now a thing of the past!
-Einzelschachtüberwachung.S
-Schnellladung Possible in the outer two shafts.
-For Me, too important, it really needs only one outlet width! Thus, in addition to electric sockets remain usable.
Negatives:
-The Attached "Operating Instructions" defies description. Looks like a leaflet of a drug, only in many many languages and written small (with Lupe Factor x100 the text is readable).
From me there is still a buy rating, as the device makes it easy for it is touted .... namely battery load without overloading them.
A tip for all NiMH users.
This charger will discharge batteries before recharging not (unfortunately)!
To really top batteries, I let these "idle" in an LED lamp. Just so I can be sure to get no Lazy effect in the batteries used.
Hope this helps.
