I by cons immediately able to practice positive discipline because the concept was very well explained. I wanted to find this book much earlier !!
It is clear that we can not always talk to find solutions, because in some situations really no one has the time and / or the will to do so. He still has some things, after a moment, that we can not constantly talk.
By cons it is worthwhile to question our educational system (especially the "old model" win-lose). With this book, it made almost "melt" my "convictions" educational, because it is absolutely true that a child who feels listened to, understood and happens to find solutions is incomparable to a child who constantly punished eventually lose confidence in himself!
I highly recommend this book to parents, it really brings good ideas.
But of course, each adapted as no book ever gave magic solutions :)
