I bought this book on the advice of a friend and we will try to adapt several recipes gluten free version with adpatées flours. I know that will make an overdose of MAP bread ... but it's good to feel at home fragrances breads made at home. this book at most reasonable price for the amount of revenue is relatively complete. but I would add to it by the llvre Editions MARABOUT CHEF: Cathy bread machine Special Ytak, Sophie Glasser, and Hiroko Mori (Paperback - June 1, 2006) that give several possible weight of bread and the method of poolish .. .
