Now to SmartCase: coated leather very high quality, very pleasant smell of leather, from the inside on both sides with Mirko fiber and thus protects the tablet. From the outside also very good quality and backward slightly firmer leather that the back of the iPad offers optimal protection. The fit is excellent and includes almost perfectly with the iPad from. A similar sheath of leather complete this work and exact shape has been not to find in a much lower price category. At least not yet. A similar shell would be the: KAVAIJ eg in cognac brown, but unfortunately the leather too soft and therefore on it is too much too much strain on the long run in daily use with the tablet.
