I bought the Zotac Pico as a portable second PC and get exactly what I was looking for.
After a week in operation I draw the following conclusion:

Strengths:
- Extremely compact design and quality workmanship
- Beautiful design with aluminum body and a bright logo
- Computing power you require for smooth HD video, Office and Internet surfing
- Despite the low price Windows 8.1 is already included (easy to set up, boots very fast)
- There are enough ports (HDMI, network, headphones and 3 USBs)
and an SD card slot to extend the memory available

Weaknesses I see No, of course, the computing power and memory is limited,
but that does not matter for me and refer to data sheet.
