The flames are burning well (the burner problems I did not have) and can be regulated well. The heat development is also very benign in my previous Grill actions I heated almost exclusively on low heat. Schön is the ability to regulate the flames and thus the heat distribution over the cooking surface differently. Who likes to have different times of meat on the fire, appreciates this.
I have listened to the little sister recessions grills and with the same stainless steel grill grate hizubestellt because really at the Emallie like to grill meat sticks. Pay here but continue to test whether this is still just the incorporated grilled version, the impression was that leaves after - definitely not pack in the dishwasher, as this would totally degrease the Emallie again and we again had the same problem in any case.
The holding area is very convenient, has a nice size and swings when you open the grills back so they do not interfere when turning the meat - practical and well thought out.
About a one must be clear: This is a barbecue without lava rocks. This has the advantage that it will save you the Stinkerei and Mieferei and grease fires in the selfsame; but also has the disadvantage that the heat generated more direct actual if you are not careful you blacken the meat very fast times.
Speaking of heat generation: Yes with me it's back hotter than the front, this however can not discover a disadvantage, since this property is perfectly suited to position flesh as it requires the doneness.

When grilling with wind however was a problem: every now and then the outermost flame was blown me. These things I have resolved by I bolted to the side vents washers, so that these are now covered to 2/3. After that the problem did not occur again.
Cleaning is relatively good, the fat fenders for the burners are easy to remove; together with the drip pan in the dishwasher and the rest to get because Ran well, so that, depending on the cleanliness claim may very well clean the grill.

I am pleased with the BBQ VERY; Looking at the value for money even more so comparable cheap 4-Flammer cost otherwise from 250 - besere much more.
