Also the ergonomics there is good news to report:
- Grabs good
- Perpendicular stable on the ironing board
- The cable can be wound on the grip (does not go with the next more expensive Brown)
- The cable can be tilted alternatively obliquely backward right or left in use and is so (ambidextrous) out of the way
- The cable has a straight, not angled connector which can be readily drawn from the can
- The cable is long enough, but I wonder why the standard is not at 3 m.
In the manual (but not in the manufacturer's instructions on the website) is something of shutdown. The work with my iron but not. Perhaps the paragraph should fall into from another guide in this, maybe it only works with steam, perhaps it is also defective with my iron. I do not care, I have 4 decades pulled the plug and it can still be.
The auxiliary sole to prevent shiny patches on dark suit fabrics, I have not tried. It is an aluminum air-aluminum sandwich construction with holes for the steam. The idea is that the iron at 3 points are also at 1-point substances, so that it can evaporate, but that the additional sole is not so hot.
My compliments to the engineers and designers of this iron. They really hammer out something practical.
By the way I use instead of the built-in water sprayer old-fashioned a spray bottle. The "oasis 513 372 sprayers 1 liter", in reality by Emsa, made in Germany, sprays beautifully fine.
