Ergonomically, the keyboard is a bit unfortunate, than its predecessor.

Very strange, the function keys. As with many compact keyboards this have two functions with control functions such as for volume or media. That's not bad in and of itself, even if the predecessor still brought separate F- and special function keys. The problem is with the switch between function and special function. This does not take place via a Fn key, but an FN slide switch. This would have been useful as an additional function reversal, as the only alternative it is nonsensical.
The tap itself is done with a short stroke and light pressure with clear pressure point and feedback. The model belongs to the maker of its kind, (similar to the excellent Apple Bluetooth Keyboard). Very nice, I think that the keys "are really" shared. Say it gapes a visible gap from the top to just above the (also split) spacebar. Recently Microsoft tried this gap to use a meaningless as superfluous lever (would have been a good place for a Caps Lock LED).
Unfortunately, the buttons are again black with white letters. That may be so elegant, ergonomic (and ergonomics is but the "Credo" of this model) would contrast in black and white. Since you have but anyway "tap blind" in this type of keyboard, in order to cope the defect is still forgivable.
This all sounds very negative. But there are also positive to report. She shines with clever details. Battery compartments are not "clipped" but be - indestructible - held in place magnetically. This also applies to the battery compartment of the mouse, in the hiding and the USB receiver. On this one is unfortunately interdependent because Bluetooth keyboard and mouse can not.
The mouse, however, is an ergonomic as practical dream. I liked but already the ergonomic predecessor by their getting used to but joints and tendons gentle "hand ax" design. This leads them consistently but thanks slides coated runners just to smooth over smooth and slightly grained surfaces. At the same time it provides thanks to laser scanning high precision and accuracy. Only the scroll wheel would my feeling one centimeter further shifted forward.
What now is my conclusion? Keep or return? Now I am here certainly a special case because a split keyboard is for me not a "luxury problem" in search of work optimization, but the naked coercion. Because by an accident is my left wrist stiffened. A split keyboard, the only chance for liquid 1ß-finger tap.
I'll keep. Firstly, because there are few alternatives. Secondly, because you can fix some defects (although that seems strange at a 100 Euro Kombi). The rattle I have parked with two additional rubber feet. On the keys I will get used to (hopefully). The too short left palm rest is the most painful shortcoming.
