It is difficult here to describe what is generally valid, because everyone has a different taste. So I rinse vigorously with water and now foaming fresh milk isolated on. But the tea flavor of Chai is excellent!

Everyone has to decide what it's worth pleasure + ease of use here. Everyone has different criteria that play a role for him. I wanted an easy-to-use machine that makes good tea, a varied range offers with reasonable ingredients (are the same as in the tea bags), which is well thought out and also makes a good picture.
