According to Verdict by Stiftung Warentest 07.2014 Edition, these batteries are considered as well, but can not tolerate high charge with charging currents. Due to the high current consumption I used the batteries in special LED flashlights for AA. For example NiteCore MT2A and NITEYE SA2. Have so far had very good experiences.
Unfortunately, the batteries are sealed and times depending on the seller packed and supplied with all the necessary information in blister, otherwise loose in a Kunststoffaufbewahrungsbox. This is not immediately apparent whether the batteries are made from factory or as back runners etc..
