- Oldschooliges Design
- Very robust construction
- Keys quite high, compared to the nowadays popular semi-Laptop Keyboards
- Very even key travel, but a bit too stiff for my taste
Vorneweg I recommend the keyboard to buy quite a high palm rest, making the use of considerably more pleasant.
There is very little to complain about at the 6Gv2, the processing is absolutely high quality. Ua but me senseless deviation from the standard layout gewurmt (# key sits a series of deep). This ensures that you have to re-learn not only the position of the # key, you must also get used to it that the right shift key is now smaller and the Enter key is larger than usual. Enter is thereby operate a little heavier than we expected, which is a repeatedly pressing necessitated with me often.
Furthermore, I found it a hindrance that has no 6Gv2 hinged feet for tilting and therefore defaults angle as a compromise, which leads me to the fact that my wrists cramp quickly. I have done with the installation of 2 Tempos front left and right of the keyboard help.
I have finally decided to return the 6Gv2 and replaced by the slightly better processed TTeSports Meka G1 which something slightly more common keys has (also MX Black), and complete standard layout + hinged feet (stands in Normalpos. Nevertheless slightly crooked unfortunately, so also here Tempofix needed).
Conclusion: If you like to have a little more common hard keys and does not interfere with the variation of the standard layout can be accessed safely in 6Gv2; all other I put the slightly more expensive TTeSports Meka G1 his heart that still has additional ports and a plastic wrist rest included.
