I was pleasantly surprised when I finally stopped the adapter in hand. It is made entirely of metal and high-quality workmanship. In the area of the M42-thread sit three set screws, with which the lens can be fixed. This is very convenient, especially when using lenses with Fokuss- difficult to move, iris or zoom ring, etc. The screws press directly on the lens mount, but squeeze the separately embedded in the adapter internal threads of the adapter onto the external thread of the lens. An Allen key for this was in the package. The NX-bayonet connector fits perfectly. This is important for several reasons. On the one hand you want to of course a steady and solid connection between the lens and camera, on the other hand it is important that the adapter correctly fits into the bayonet connection of the camera and snaps to depress the local pushbutton enough, since the camera otherwise refuses to work.
My old M42 lenses can be used with the adapter surprisingly well on my NX20. Focusing works better than expected. Making the old glasses to the adapter a lot of joy and prove quite quality.
