Very good machine after the 2nd attempt

The very good price-performance ratio convinced me to buy this KVA.
After commissioning, the machine showed however sporadically following misconduct:
- Start the milling process
- The freshly ground coffee has completely discarded
(Dry coffee powder in the rear drip pan)
- Start the brewing process without coffee
- Result a hot cup of water and coffee powder in the drip tray
Action:
- I turned to the hotline.
Initially, the problem was a wrong attitude
the machine returned.
However, the staff of the Hotline recognized after the second call,
that the machine is probably defective.
- There was an exchange of the machine causes
Result:
The new machine is working properly.
