This lens is really a good grip. Even at maximum aperture very sharp (f2.8), and when stopping down to approximately 5.6 images come out of this lens, which are really more than knackscharf. The autofocus is a little loud for Insects & Co. and at times a bit slow, but partially remedied by limiting the focus range. Very low fringing and easy to remove everything in Lightroom. Super support for Nikon D-series. It is really nice get close, even to insects, without immediately move them to my body, with a crop camera converted then 135mm focal length that is of course still a little bit closer. To demonstrate the quality of the lens through pictures, I have here which is appended (Nikon D3300 + Tamron 90mm). I think a picture is worth a thousand words and hereby I come to a conclusion: Buy Buy Buy! For the price actually unbeatable and when it comes to image quality, this lens makes the top with.
