Test conditions: ASUS P8B75-M Proc: Intel I3570K - 3.4 GHz RAM: 16 GB DDR3 PC-12800 Samsung SSD 830 Monitor 22 "- 1920 x 1080 - DVI connection Windows 8.1 Replacing graphics card Gigabyte GeForce 630-2 GB The card comes with a succinct but sufficient instructions for installation, in French. A DVI -> VGA is provided (no VGA output on the map) The card is a compact: it already takes 2 slots and thus an invalid PCI ports available, common case for high-performance graphics cards. But more is it is a bit too long or too wide: it comes up against the SATA connectors and forces a little above (see photo attached). Apart from this detail installation is easy (it is better to be connected to Internet for the latest updates). Connected to my DVI monitor as my old card, I impression to have better sharpness of the image. In addition the signals must be stronger: my monitor (light / contrast) were set to 80/90% and to have the same impression, I switched to 70/50%. Noise: A little high but correct. Before I heard the sound of the PC, more Now, I hear the map. Consumption (total consumption of my config as indicated by my UPS): Use in the office: 90 W or 10 W env Conso max observed with Firestrike: 230 W or 80 W env + Conso max observed with Furmark: 250 W or 90 W env + Performances: Furmark, test 1080: 39 fps and 2376 Points (GE 630: 7 fps and 338 points) 3D Mark, Firestrike: score of 6062 against 799 (630 GE), still fluid. To conclude: Very good map, definitely down compared to more upscale but the price is reasonable and the noise and power consumption. Main complaint: Dimensions, 2-3 mm less on the thickness would be welcome.
