In Detail:
SIZE:
The LG L7 Otimus II is a nice compromise between the very small but now seemingly iPhone and the big, my feeling after but especially for woman hands unwieldy phones, such as those with the Samsung S3 are currently up to date.
PROCESSING AND APPEARANCE:
The LG in metallic-black is made entirely of plastic and looks in comparison with the iPhone a little less quality. There scores in weight, fits comfortably in your hand and looks chic.
BATTERY:
The battery is removable, which pleases me very well. In case it gets damaged, you can simply replace it and does not have the same dispose of the entire phone.
The term is much higher than the iPhone and has been tested by a youthful "time users" ;-). Where the iPhone breaks down after only 3-4 hours, surfing both LG mobile phones from morning till late in the evening without an electrical outlet. Normal users should get along well 2 days with full battery.
SPEED:
Compared to the iPhone apps load just as fast, even when surfing the Internet, no significant difference is noted. No stuttering or lag. Very convincing for a phone in this price range!
DISPLAY:
Clear, bright colors. By "face detection" no dimming, as long as you look to your mobile. Very beautiful and functional feature!
CAMERA:
Equivalent to the 8MP camera of the iPhone. Again, the LG scores with witty Featueres:
-Cheeseshutter: The camera has a voice recognition and automatically triggers a photo when the targeted person 'Cheeeeese "says
-TimeCatchShot: The camera triggers a series of recording before the triggering active, so snapshots always succeed
Photo spheres are possible
EASE OF USE:
Although I'm used to for years at Apple in the operation, I came within a very short time with the LG along well. Operation is really intuitive, the introduction of a reliable menu leads through the establishment. Very nice!
KLANG:
Both the phone and listening to music on the headphones attached I feel the sound as good for "normal users".
What I noticed ELSE IS:
- Pre-installed apps can be unlike the iPhone uninstall, so you can customize its display according to your own taste
- With the front camera, you can video call
- The LG has a back button, which makes just possibly accidentally tapped function reversed
- I especially like the alarm clock that features compared to the iPhone via truly helpful ways. For example, you can set a puzzle function. Who is poorly monitored in the morning and tends to fall asleep again after ringing can enjoy the puzzle function, where you only have to solve a puzzle before the alarm clock reproduces rest. Then you are guaranteed awake. To activate the snooze function to the district court only to turn around and not cumbersome to the iPhone by wiping disable the alarm.
-Sinnvoll I find also the Safety-Care function. In may cause you, that in an emergency (eg if you were not online a fixed time) A status report will be sent to a predetermined person
MY CONCLUSION:
The LG L7 II is a very good mid-range smartphone that just like its "big brother", the LG Optimus G, which offers an excellent battery life, ease of use and fun features. While the Optimus G is superior to the iPhone 4 to my mind, the L7II is definitely an award-performance alternative to mid-size screen and a little less powerful camera (8 MP instead of 13).
Due to the excellent battery Leisutung recommended especially for young people "permanent users". ;-)
